THE GOVERNMENT ART MUSEUM / THE NAPIER MUSEUM KERALA INDIA Situated at the capital city of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. This structure is built by an English architect Robert Chisholm in the year 1880. LORD NAPIER was the Governor General of Madras. The name was given its name in honoring Load Napier.
